Payment terms
. 30% deposit of total package price upon booking. Balance 40% should be made a week before or on the last event day, and 30% upon delivery.
. We only accept payment by cash, ATM transfer, or online bank transfer.
Outstation
. For outside Klang Valley area events, accommodations need to be provided and transportation (petrol & toll -2 ways) will be charged according to the current rate.
Package and Pricing
. We can change the package and pricing without prior notice except for customers who have paid for the booking price.
Delivery and pick up time
. In order to ensure the quality of the album, it may take some times for us to do the touch-up but will deliver as soon as possible following the queue.
- We have the right to delay the process of handing in the picture and album if customer didn’t pay the required payment. Failing to do so will result in goods to be discarded without prior notice and deposit being forfeited.
Others
. On signing of this agreement by both parties here to, the photographer will reserve the time agreed upon and will not make another reservation for the specific time frame. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable even if the date is changed or if the wedding/ event have been cancelled for any reason.
